You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled, but you may return them upon receipt following our standard return policy.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for returns that are not the result of our error. For returns that qualify for free return shipping, we will deduct the original shipping costs from your refund amount.
If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Some processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
If you still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue with your payment processor and provide you with regular updates until the matter is resolved. In cases where a refund cannot be processed to your original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method.
